About the SCIAR Member Directory

The SCIAR Member Directory is the official online directory of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS®. It exists to connect buyers, sellers, property owners, and island visitors with the licensed real estate professionals and affiliate businesses that serve Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

Visitors can browse detailed profiles of local REALTORS®, compare brokerages and offices, explore affiliate businesses such as lenders, inspectors, title companies, and contractors, and find the right expert for their needs. Each listing is maintained by the member themselves, so contact details, service areas, specialties, designations, and credentials stay accurate and up to date. Members who claim their profile can also share it with a QR code and stay connected with clients after every closing.

Who it’s for: island property owners, seasonal and year-round residents, prospective buyers and sellers, and the association’s member REALTORS® and affiliate professionals.

Who builds and maintains it: the directory is built and maintained by the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of REALTORS®, the local trade association representing real estate professionals on Sanibel and Captiva Islands.
