About

Hi, I’m Lisette! As a dance major in college at UMASS, Amherst, I never dreamed of selling Real Estate in Southwest Florida. I grew up in Westport, MA but moved to Fort Myers in 1986 in search of warmer weather. I also lived and owned a travel agency on Sanibel for 13 wonderful years. Travel and dance are still very much a part of my life today. Since 1995, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate the Southwest Florida Real Estate market with confidence, clarity, and a sense of ease. My business has been built on relationships and repeat referrals, a reflection of the trust my clients place in me. I believe in being patient, honest, and straightforward, while still bringing the market knowledge, contract expertise, and negotiation skills that only years in the field can provide. In my 30+ Years of real estate sales experience, I’ve guided clients through every type of market cycle—from rapid growth years to post-storm recovery—always with a steady hand and a people-first approach. I’ve sold over 300 properties in Southwest Florida which include Sanibel, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. I’ve earned over 90 Five Star Reviews highlighting my communication skills, attention to detail; and genuine care for my client’s investment and well-being. And, I have also achieved the Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist designation, showcasing my dedication to the Islands. If you’re considering a move to Sanibel, Ft. Myers or another area of Southwest Florida, or simply have questions about the market, I’m here to help. Helping people find the right home, or the right next chapter, has been my passion for 3 decades. I don’t just sell Southwest Florida Real Estate, I build lasting relationships.
